How do I know the advertisement for puppies for adoption is not a scam?

I am from the Philippines and I sent an inquiry through e-mail regarding an ad which said she has maltese puppies up for adoption. Apparently, she's from New Jersey. She said in her e-mail, "You will only be paying the shipping of these puppies and their adoption fees which will cost you $150 for one and $280 for both of them." When do I pay and how can I be sure that this is not a scam?

If you're looking for a work from home JOB (not a home based business), there are lots of companies who hire for call center type positions. And don't listen to the nay-sayers who say work from home and telecommuting jobs are all scams or that there aren't real jobs. There are. You just have to know where to look and how to avoid the scams.

Do NOT pay for a list of jobs or pay to get a job. There are a few of the legitimate companies that, after you have qualified for the job, ask you to pay for a background check if you will be handling sensitive information like credit cards. It's usually $20-$30 and from legitimate companies is a legit fee to pay. Other than that, there is no reason or need to pay anything if you just want a job. Some of the call center jobs, you are an independent contractor (IC) and some you are an employee.

If you want to start a home based business, there will be fees involved and business expenses. There are many legit business opportunities out there in direct sales, multi-level and network marketing. There are great companies to work with, but having a business isn't for everyone.

I am looking for a legit company to contact to work at home on my computer...part time...evenings and weekends. I have done a lot of research but haven't come across anything that I feel comfortable with. I would even like to know if there is any training out there that I could get to start working at home, but I don't have much money and can't afford to invest in something that is a scam.

Does the fast size extender really work? I saw an ad for it online and I'm only 5.5 inches and i want to grow a bigger penis, but I don't know if it's a scam or not. Did anybody use it? They always seem to start whining about it when men walk into the room. I don't normally see women talk out their cramps on other chicks, just men.

I have come across and researched into an individual who has set up 2 (that I know of) scam websites which try to get you to do a wire transfer by saying your card type is invalid. The individual is located in Lithuania and uses multiple fake addresses in the UK. He has a total of 68 other domain names registered also so I hat to think how many scams he has going.
Does anyone know how I can report this and shut the site down. I almost fell for this convincing scam! Thanks.
